Natural Durum Patent Flour
Milled from white winter and spring wheat, milder
and lighter than red wheat, with a finer texture
lets you use it like patent flour.
Mild, nutty flavor. and high levels of protein and
vitamins B & E. Rye has been shown to help
defend against heart attack and coronary death.

saturated fatty acids. Has been shown to lower
cholesterol and cut the risk of heart disease.
Contains over 17% fiber, vitamin E, thiamine,

Virtually flavorless, making it ideal where
texture is key, as in Dutch crunch and other
